Terms & Conditions

    1. Return of non-sale items within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt and in original condition and packaging are eligible for an exchange or a store credit only. Items purchased at a markdown price during sale may not be returned or exchanged.
    2. International exchanges of merchandise purchased, within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt and in original condition and packaging, are eligible for an exchange or a store credit only. The item will be valued at the price paid by the customer at time of purchase and converted into local currency where applicable.
    3. Store credit is valid for one year.
    4. Order, once placed and paid can not be cancelled under any circumstances.
    5. The company will not be responsible for any unavoidable delay in the delivery of ordered items.   
    6. Customer should check and satisfy themselves with the conditions of the items purchased once received.
    7. Sold items will not be exchanged after 14 days from invoice date and any physical damage to the item will not be replaced.     
    8. Items sold are in good condition and need to be handled and stored carefully. The company will not be responsible for purity of items if their form has been changed.
    9. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.
